NRA Life of Duty correspondent Chuck Holton reports from one of the most surprisingly dangerous places in the world… Chicago. Violence in Chicago is growing by the second and while gang fragmentation may have something to do with it, the problem is much more multifaceted. Some say politics are a factor, as the city’s mayor has shut down anti-gang task forces and is moving to consolidate control of the city police. And with the number of Chicago residents fleeing the city with investment and tax dollars in their pockets, the city’s population has dropped to a rate lower than it was during World War I. Still, the problems continue to multiply.
